Lush - You can have Almond milk as HEA. The amount depends on brand and type.
Alpro Chocolate Milk 250ml
Alpro original,ambient 500ml
Alpro unsweetened, long life or chilled 1L
Blue Diamond unsweetened 875ml
Blue Diamond original, ambient 500ml
It looks like the Alpro unsweetened is the best one for volume at a litre for HEA. I like this one when I make a rice pudding on a Green day as use it as my 2nd HEA!

Jocks yeah I think you deserved that chicken! What is New York Chicken anyway?
It's either hunters chicken or NY chicken, not sure why. Basically chicken breast, slice of bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce, you can make quite a decent SW version to be honest and it was the only thing that contained some element of SW friendly food.
Thanks for the wishes, a little sore today but not too bad. How many syns in ibuprofen?0 -
I have the Alpro unsweetened as it's on offer at ASDA at the moment, a whole litre?! that seems a bit generous. I've had maybe 400ml max this morning. Can't imagine drinking any more than that as I added water to my drink too!************************************

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, maman. I did SW online so never had books; I had downloaded EE because it seemed to suit me best.
I’m copying your advice re green plan and also re speed food so that I can keep having a peek at it. All my favourite fruits are the ones you’ve listed as not being speedbut today I bought pears and clementines as well as grapes and bananas!
When I went to have lunch today I realised I hadn’t taken account of the fact that I’d changed my evening meal from tuna pasta to macaroni cheese, so I changed my omelette from cheese and onion to ham & tomato, so it can’t be a green day nowso no extra hexs.
Well done those of you who have lost this week.

Just to make things more complicated greentiger, you can have a little meat or fish as a HEB on a Green day. You're allowed about 90g of ham so depending how much you had in your omelette you might have a bit of B left over and you can have your other HEA maybe to offset cheese in your macaroni cheese. It all helps.
ETA I copied your changed menu.
Tuesday
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water, splash hexa milk, banana
Lunch: hexa cheese & hexb ham omelette, salad leaves, tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber, ff yogurt & fruit (not bought yet, so don't know what it will be)
Dinner: hm macaroni hexa cheese* (8 syns), beetroot, slice Allinson’s wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (3 syns or less if you didn't have 90g of ham)
lush, it occurred to me that 1 litre of milk is a massive amount especially if you're not having porage or cereal. Why not split it and have the rest as cheese?
I looked up Hunter's Chicken at the caf! jock and it's 8.5 per portion but I suppose it depends if you had anything with it.
Not sure about the dressing denise. It tastes like a little oil, white wine vinegar and something citrusy like lemon. What's odd is that I ordered the same at a different Greene King pub and the salad was much smaller and the dressing much more oily. I'd have thought it was ready made for the whole chain. They also have these

lovely little peppers scattered over the salad. They're pretty and taste lovely too.
I had a yummy lunch today. On Sunday I experimented by adding a piece of shin (from freezer) to the HB steaks when they were braising. It came out lovely and tender so I kept it and some of the gravy for lunch today with some LO veg. Really yummy and really nice way of cooking cheap cut of meat.0 -

Unusually for me I hadn't thought of that; I'm usually up for splitting my As! in fact I have a babybel light in the fridge so I may have that; depending on how I feel.
Sad news is if we get this mortgage we are so desperate for and so close to getting I will have to sell my lovely big American style fridge freezer as it won't fit in the new house! Positive from that though...I won't be able to over spend and cram the freezer full of quite so much stuff (we never seem to make a dent in it!)
I must save as much as possible now so I am going to allow myself £10 per week discretional spending money and £15-20 for new clothes (in reality it will be more like £5 as I'll only buy one new item a month)and also start leaving my debit card at home. When I was a student I was a real skinflint so not sure how I got quite so lacsidaisical with my money. I'm not in debt other than the loan I had for my Masters degree and my car finance mind just spend far too freely on clutter!
I need to prove to myself that I can do it and not be quite so silly with what I have. Really must start saving for the bigger things in life.
Also means I will have to plan a lot more effectively.************************************

It's really easy.
Put about 100g of pudding rice into a dish; a couple of spoons of sweetner & 700ml of milk. Mix it all together and grate some nutmeg over the top. Cook in the oven at about 160. If you like skin it's worth stirring after about 15 minutes and again after 30 minutes. You'll need to cook it for at least an hour (although a lot of recipes say anywhere up to 2 hours but I find the it makes an extremely solid rice pudding!).
You can make it quicker if you cook the rice in water for 10 minutes or so in a pan on the hob before putting into the oven. Probably need about 45 minutes in the oven.
