Weigh in tonight!

A bit drastic for a 2lb loss but will be an interesting topic for group.Slimming World at target0 -
Jocks yeah I think you deserved that chicken! What is New York Chicken anyway?
My trousers are definitely not as tight this week the painkillers are stopping all toilet activity though
Peanut butter back in the cupboard and I found a forgotten lost Freddo behind the beans but he was put back in too for another day when I really really need him lol
I have to say after going to group for 2 years I find I don't miss it one bit and enjoy doing whatever I like on a Thursday0 -

I read it as HEB for oats, HEA for cheese and milk. But what's an oopsie roll?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Fun cartoon meg until I saw the little label by the chair. I've got a real bee in my bonnet about underactive thyroid. It seems to be common amongst some of DH's sisters and they use it as an excuse IMO for being overweight while ignoring the cakes, sweets and biscuits etc. they're having. My DD2 lost loads with SW but has put a lot back on thanks to wine, cappuccinos, cookies and too many take aways and eating out. It makes me  when her aunties suggest she needs a blood test in case she's inherited their problem. She has but it's not the medical one.
Eating out tonight but in the Greene King pub that does nice salads (large with a light citrus dressing). It'll be a heavy syn day though. I'll be angelic tomorrow to balance it off.;)
EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: LO beef, mash and veg(planned) steak, chips and salad
Syns: squirt of syrup, chips, wine, some in dressing0 -
Hi all, it's a 1.5lbs loss for me this week, please Shala. It feels like a while since I had a loss to report, just hope I'm back on track now!!
I need to lose another 2lbs for my 2.5 stone shiny, so fingers crossed for next week.
Well done all other losers, and those who've STS or gained.New Year New You Challenge - 13.5lbs/10lbs

It isn't a heb, the oats were the heb soz... yogurts are free on a red day, green day, ee - just them SP's they're synned on. I prefer to do a red day to an SP day...
maman - the oopsie rolls are what low carb people have, pretending they are bread.. they're not particularly nice but i made them at the weekend and need using up.. here's a recipe http://healthyrecipesblogs.com/2013/07/23/oopsie-rolls/
I just swap out the cream cheese for quark, makes them syn free.
They taste like air :rotfl:Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Oh thanks for that, shame they don't taste good.:( I remember when I was a child my nana used to have Energen rolls for diabetics. They were like air too.:)0 -

Just re-read it and you've read it right! Think I was probably skim reading rather than reading properly!
I read "oopsie" as a "whoosie (YS) - but not sure about that though:)

I've got an underactive thyroid and certainly wouldn't use it as an excuse to overeat and it certainly doesn't stop you losing weight, although I also know people who do use it as an excuse and it annoys me too.
Shame about your DD2 putting all the lost weight back on and I can certainly understand you being  about her aunties suggesting a blood test.

That sounds a lovely dressing. Any idea what they actually put in it?

Shala - somehow I missed your post about the oopsie rolls. Might give them a go at some time - perhaps when I have a burger rather than using a HEB for a roll (which never seems big enough!)

Afternoon (just) everyone
I don't know if it's the new breakfast or not (maybe after just a day is too soon to judge!) but despite a bad night with wonder bairn I still woke at 5.30am full of energy and ready to go! In fact I did a load of washing and got it on the airer to dry, all the dishes, made wonder bairns snacks/picnic for her day with my parents, boxed up mine and straightened the house as well as washing my hair and got us both ready for the day and feeding wonder bairn breakfast all before 8am! Made me feel like I'd accomplished something even before work
update on today: (hybrid plan day 2)
breakfast: spinach, banana and pineapple smoothie with almond milk and water. Can almond milk be a HE? and if so how much? My protein got delivered minutes after I finished it so that will start from tomorrow
mid morning: apple. Lemon and cucumber water sipped throughout the morning
lunch: homemade leek and tattie soup, 2 ryvita original (HeB) and then some melon and pineapple chunks
mid afternoon: Satsuma more lemon and cucumber water through the afternoon
tea: I will have left over chicken dhansak with plain boiled rice - approx. 4syn
Leave me a few syns for a little ice lolly (3) or a strawberry muller corner (5) once everything is done this evening
Not going to get out of the office this lunch as I've just been tasked with a long list of things for tomorrow************************************

Nice one saver-upper :T
Love cartoon meg :rotfl:
Ouch jock  Hope you are not having too much discomfort today. Bet you're pleased your long walk was last weekend and not next. Good luck for wi.
Hope you don't get pushed over edge shala - sending you lots of calmness to help you stay on track.
Pleased to hear that Mr Freddo has had a stay of execution lantannaI totally sympathise with loo issues.
Well done bellcat :T. Good luck for that shiney
I can remember Energen Rolls maman - spread with lurpack  :rotfl:
Just had pea soup for lunch and thinking of having some form of chicken with Ginger Ale stuff (Ginger instead of cola). Maybe should have got ginger beer instead of the ale - I don't like the taste of either really but thought they might work with the chicken. Planning on doubling up on meals this week (freezing any spares) and then can cut down on weekend shopping as we are away for a bit next week.
DH made me the Nacho-style feast (latest SW mag) and it was very nice. The recipe used fajita seasoning and chillies - we only had the seasoning and found it quite hot enough for us (we are wimps and don't like too much heat). Didn't have the Primula cheese so used mozerella in its place. Would definitely have again and probably try it with the Primula.
Need to go out for some birthday/wedding cards and might top up on some peppers and stuff that we are running low on - good sign as I must have be using plenty since weekend.
