    No.
I was offered two free Scout places for a week in France, but we didn't have current passports & anyway it caused a massive family row.

I won a family holiday to centre parks not long after starting to comp (must have been beginners luck lol!) it was a luxury log cabin with spending money aswell. I hadn't realised when entering that the competition was for a family of 4, we have 4 children so in total there is actually 6 of us, I offered to pay for the additional children so we could still go however, they very kindly told me not to worry and said 'their prize budget' allowed them to include them as part of the prize, also upgraded us so we would be closer to the amenities so we wouldn't have as far for the children to walk (centre parks is huge!!) have an extra bedroom for the added children and added a highchair and cot into the package for us aswell as some little activity things for the kids all at no additional charge to us. I was so so grateful to them and thought it was so kind if them to be so accommodating when I was half expecting them to say we wouldn't be able to have the prize atall as it was only meant to be for 4people! That has been the only holiday we've been able to have for 2years due to finances so made it that extra bit special aswell :) Hope you get a lovely holiday win soon :)

Yes I have won a family holiday to Morocco this year. Only the 2 of us went as no kids and were upgraded to all inclusive so it was great. Fabulous hotel & didn't cost a thing! Also won a few weekend hotel breaks.

Not long after starting comping I won a trip to Washington but had to give it up as it was too short notice. Then about a year or two later I won a holiday to Sydney for 2 weeks, and managed to get a trip to Ayers Rock thrown in too.
Then last week I won a weeks Ski trip to Switzerland for next year.
Two holidays I would never have been able to afford.

Yes! Were going tomorrow! 3 nights in Skegness at a Park Holiday site including passes.
The prize was for 2 nights and I asked how much it would cost to extend it and they gave us an extra night for free :-)

To say the kids are excited is a great understatement - its our 1st holiday in 3 years
  • I have been extremely lucky with holidays - I often have a year where I only win small prizes and a year I win nothing for 2 months then a holiday

In the 9 years I have been comping I have won holidays to:

    Canada
    Las Vegas
    Los Angeles
Center Parcs x2 ( the second I won in a "win another stay" competition while there :D )
    Sharm
    Isle Of Wight
    Disneyland Paris
July 2015 Wins- Shaun The Sheep Goody Bag, 4x Books

    Year to date: £786

    Total to date ( Since 2008 ) = £37,345

I won a week in Ibiza for 2 but they offered me £1,000 cheque instead and I took it and put it towards a family holiday instead.
Also won a few short breaks, 1nt Lodge on Loch Lomond, 2 nts at Holiday Inn Lancaster, 1 ngt Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent, 1 night Jurys Inn ,1 ngt Novo Hotel, 2 nights Muncaster Castle and 1 ngt Ravenstone Lodge near Keswick. Have also won 2 x 4 ngt Bluestone breaks.
I enter all the short break comps I see that are within reasonable reach though and have started entering for longer breaks too as kids are older now.
Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media
