Quite a few years ago now I won the TAB Bonanza where you could choose from a range of prizes up to £2500. There was a holiday but it was skiing and we could not do that so I was going to choose some DIY vouchers. When I rang up I said I would have liked a holiday but not skiing - they said that was fine and I could choose anywhere in Europe from a specific brochure. They put together a week in a lovely boutique hotel in Rome b&b and also included a day trip to Pompeii. As the cost was still less than the skiing holiday they also sent a cheque for £500 spending money.

Yes, I won a trip to Toronto, Canada last year! It was a four night trip but I managed to extend it a further 3 nights at a cost although they gave me 25% discount per each additional night! It was an amazing holiday and we got to see Niagara Falls!

I've been lucky enough to win 2 - a week for two in Majorca in 2003 and an all-inclusive week for two in Antigua in 2010.

Have been entering comps for about 4.5 years now. Holiday competitions are what I enter most of all and was very lucky so far :-)
1.2012 May Jubilee weekend in London with train tics with £200 spending money
2. 2012 Holiday for 2 adults and 2 kids 4 days to Los Angeles and Warner Bros studio tour, extended by further 3 nights at my cost, had fantactic time. Also one daughter was 15 at the time and kids were meant to by 12 yrs, prize provider did not mind at all, was not problem. (went October 12)
3. 2013 won £2000 Virgin Holiday voucher which we used for most amazing 2 weeks holiday in Florida, cost us double that by the time we got back, because we took 3 day trip to Key West, night in Miami, went to see American football game in Tampa, had a blast!
4. 2014 not holiday win exactly, but won $1000 to spend in Orlando with Virgin, that was after we booked another Florida holiday with them :-)
5. 2015 Just won holiday in Thailand! Going in June. 3 nights in Bangkok 5 nights in Koh Samui, all with breakfast and airport transfers.

I don't think you will be able to transfer holiday win on to your parents, when I enter something I would like for my mum (like cruise) I enter her name and my contact details(email, phone etc)>

Yep It was the one in my sig. I could pick from Paris, Venice or Rome for 3 nights 5 star with a trip included. We chose Venice as we had just been to Paris and had Rome booked for the year after. Amazing. it included private water taxis from the airport and a gondola ride. really enjoyed ourselves. The day before we went we got the keys to our first house together so was a double celebration. So grateful to this site allowing people to win such amazing prizes xxx

Yes, been to Alabama, Iceland, Tokyo, Dubai, Spain and Finland on wins, plus various breaks in the UK. The best one for being a 'money can't buy' prize was Alabama as we were treated like royalty, got free entry into loads of attractions, they kept taking meals etc. off the bill and we got entry into the VIP hotel lounge. I went with Dad who I'd never been on holiday with so I've made some lovely memories. I also got to hold an alligator It's been a while since I won a holiday though so I think I'm eagerly awaiting the next one!

With four children and not very much money coming in, holidays are what I enter for the most, and in four years I have won 7 holidays and 6 weekends away. including Newquay, Devon, St.Ives, Disneyland Paris, Barcelona, Magaluf, Bruges x2 Santander, and two cruises. My children won the Disneyland trip themselves, for a broke mum like me comping has been a god-send!
In two weeks going to Alton Towers on a VIP package, all transport paid for, £500 spends in the park, all the food in the park is completely free, everything in all the shops is half price for us, and we have a table booked in one of the restaurants in the park to have lovely dinner on the 2nd night! We even have a limo transporting us from the train station to the hotel, and included with that prize was a Go-Pro hero 4 camera and £200 vouchers to spend at Photobox, so hubby can't wait to try out the camera when we're there! we're going on the trip over hubbys birthday, its amazing to be able to give him a break away that we could have never afforded otherwise! (Won all that with Black Tomato! Fab company!)
