I honestly am astounded looking at my spreadsheet for how well we've done this year. To be £500 ahead of the 'dream' goal at the end of the year just shows what you can achieve if you really stay disciplined. Definitely having a diary has been a major part of it.
It's really set us up and motivated us for the big challenge!
That mean you're hanging around for another year then? :rotfl:DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Thanks for saying hello cookie.
Debtfree - i'm defo here for the long run. Keep looking at spreadsheet saying 'this time next year...'. My only concern is sticking with it in the New Year once number 3 comes along and things get a touch busier!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -

Hidden, i'm actually looking forward to my monthly updates from March when i can compare some 2015 and 2016 figures! I could do it now but things are much different since we had a look at money and finances last Christmas, with remortgage, frugal budgets etc...
£1 TT'd this morning which with 1 day to go outs us 96p short of the £20 mark for that pot.
Sold 4 more things on ebay yesterday from relisting of last weekends things (boys clothes from 0-3years - a few pence short of £40 but the money will go to DS1 birthday rather than OP (as tempting as it is). It was free listing again yesterday so i relisted everything and added another 20 items that were in the 'draft listing' folder. In total today we have 53 items listed!!
Last things of note to comment on is 1 sleep to accounts posting...!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
