Any avid/crazed readers will recall a TT quest to get to £20 per month. Well it's been a close month and I've fallen just 4p short! This mornings figure was 92p leaving the pot at £19.96!
Accounts will be posted later (gonna do it at break with a brew in work), but a quick estimate sits our OP's for November at around £605!

Lippy, i have a it in my spreadsheet to do it automatically. Off the top of my head though i'd say total monthly payments minus monthly interest.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0

It's the difference between your total payments for a month and the interest. If you make £1k worth of payments and the interest is £200, your net reduction is £800, thus your mortgage balance should be £800 lower than before the month started. (Basically, it factors in your regular payments + your OPs with regard to principal reduction.)0 -
Hidden - Its one of the best bits, but i always ask Mrs SJ if she wants to colour it in. That way she knows we're still working hard at it! She always says no and calls me a nerd (or something colorfully similar)!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0
