  • Ali - own brand is interesting. Would that make it a clone or if not own brand, the milkman's...!

DFOD - Mrs SJ is wavering and now isn't sure she wants to know so our wait may well be even longer! We'll see.

TT'd £1 this morning taking that pot to £12.99 for the month so far. Oooh the temptation to round up, but then the cycle starts again...

I've lost my play centre Wednesday morning from today as DS2 has been stolen for nursery. So a bonus dog walk will claim that place. Always looking for postives that's £5 out of my personal spends that will stay in my pocket!!

  • Hi SJ, We didn't find out the brand of either. First was DD and second was DS. Although I did suspect with no. 2 it was a boy as I had 8 or 9 scan in total and many of them DH couldn't come to as he would come to the consultant appoint that followed the scan. Although I bought alot of gender neutral clothes DS spent alot of his first few weeks in pink

In our case not officially finding out was very MSE. I may have gone out and bought alot of boys things otherwise. Knowing my luck the scan would have been wrong it'd been a girl :rotfl:

  • We've always been consistent in our stance. Mrs SJ wanted to know for both boys and I didn't. So for our first we didn't find out, then for 2nd we did. So it's a 1-1 draw at the minute! Mrs SJ doesn't like surprises so felt she needed time to get her head around not having a daughter so she won't be disappointed. I actually think she's being really hard on herself but I appreciate men and women are wired up differently and so rationalise (amongst everything else) differently!

I know that we'll find out tomorrow and at least I can continue with our de clutter then as we can sort through clothes and toys properly, as we're definitely having no more...!

didn't manage a NSD however as it was my turn to buy milk for the office!

  • That was a bit of my rationale - always wanted a littly girl ever since i was young but was convinced it was two boys so wanted to know!
