lol I don't think .15% is making that big a difference. I was paying over 3.5% for a while though so it's a BIG difference to me
Anyway, there you go again, beating my £500 OP..... you will catch up and then overtake at that rate.

Great figures there SJ :T
You have motivated me to find something else to ebay on top of what didn't sell last night. Only problem is most things are packed so it's going to have to come from my wardrobe. It needs thinning out though.
Keep up the good work."Why not now, OK so when and how," ElephantChunks.

I've just worked out roughly that our interest is about £15/day. It's scary, but at least we have no intention of it staying there!0

Oh and i'm starting running again today. I've struggled over the last 2-3 yrs (babies and off working hours haven't helped I admit) as i can't get my head around not being 25-30yrs old anymore! Competitive nature always had me thinking about adding on, going further, going faster and so on and so on. Then i start saying to myself "i used to...", but back then i was running 40miles a week (no kids, running home from work and then back in the next morning etc..., plus cycling on the non running to work days).
Now i have a long standing "dicky knee" from a watersports incident (i refuse to call it an accident as the jump i nearly landed would have been immense, and having my boot wedged on the jump with my head under the water with other people whizzing past was merely a minor added footnote...). The "dicky knee" means pace is an issue as too fast and too slow flare up the flap of loose cartilage, and pace has always been a frustration.
So new mindset and new approach... No watch and no keeping time. No distance being measured and no use of map my run when i get home just to see. I'm just going to run. No fitbit, no gps, no watch at all. Every other day or 3 times per week. No pressure. If I'm out 25mins then great, if its 40mins then great, if its 20mins then great. Varied routes, no pre planned routes, just run and see where i end up.
So tonight hopefully i can report a run alongside my 10 listings...!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......1 -
Eating Ellie - £15 a day is fantastic motivation to stick to your plans! It was this statistic that got Mrs SJ on board with my plans. Now she just lets me get on with it. I do sit her down with the spreadsheet every few months to show here what and where we are going (she humours me i suppose is the best way of putting it). She'll never admit it but she did enjoy colouring in the brick on our house on the fridge last night though, and she equally impressed/surprised when i told her we'd be in the 99k's on New Years Day!
Standard question from her is "when can i retire?"
Standard answer is "before me"
She's happy with that!!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0
