Shame you didn't send that watersports 'incident' off to You've Been Framed, you could have got £250!
Great news on the figures SJ and making Mrs SJ happy. Happy wife, happy life, as they say!Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.
Starting Mortgage Balance (June 2019) £72,000.
Aiming to be mortgage free by my 40th birthday, June 2026!0 -
That's pretty much the only way I've got MrPD on board....told him that once the mortgage is paid off he could retire. What I haven't told him is I plan to go part time and he can continue working! I love the colouring the bricks idea! Definitely going to be doing that!31st July 2017 - Mortgage: £136902
Try to: make OPs of £425/month and save £500/month
Aim to: be mortgage free by August 20290 -
I like your plan with running - may have to adopt that when/if I can get back into it (dodgy knee + fatigue/muscle weakness for me). I do always want to improve myself, but sometimes it's not worth the added pressure.
DH is on board with the concept, and agrees with the specifics when I ask him for his opinion, but otherwise isn't involved much. We go over the big picture plan fairly regularly, though, and then I'm in charge of implementing it on a day-to-day basis. (That reminds me, I need to have a month where I walk him through what I do for implementation so that he knows the situation if I get hit by a bus!)0 -

Wow 94 eBay listings with your relisted items is massively impressive!
I was pleased I relisted 5 items, sold one on gumtree and have listed 3ore on gumtree. I need to take a leaf out of your book this week definitely!!
Good work on your run too, I push myself a bit too much with the running and then find I don't enjoy it as it's too pressured! keep at the regular running, I find it works wonders for a bit of time out and recharging the. RainFirst home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

Fantastic OP for the month :T
And we'll done on the run, getting out there is sometimes the hardest part of running!
Listing on eBay is on my to do list, but I really have to make time to do it! I'm also quite intrigued by the MB you do, I'm going to read the links you posted early to get my head around it.Original MF Date January 2035. MF Date February 20220 -
