So i need to increase my efforts over the next 18 months....! I love a challenge and 41k in 3 yrs certainly is a challenge!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -

Well you lot, I am just about to put you all to shame
24 Items listed and 6 Sold, including the one item that was only listed for 8 mins 17 secs
Actually thought I must have made an error on the listing it sold that fast.
So come on, get listing, it's not going to sell sitting in the corner of the room, is it?
SJ - your shortfall is not that bad, after all you can always tell yourself, you can top it up if you had wanted with your MB. Thanks for the link, I have read half way through so far, and asked DB when the football started as need to be ready in time. He said some has started but main ones in around a fortnight. Really going to have a bash at this, not as if I do anything else with my time  :rotfl: :beer:Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -
