Well I've got no kids, other than that I'm failing miserably on your list of desirability.....I'm guessing your younger than 38, 5'8" isn't exactly tall and I'm divorced.
All other points subjective, the first three are rather immoveable.....:)0 -

Don't give a flying f.....
Actually most of my exes were still living with their mums. No. I take that back. Not most. ALL.
Anyway. I'm single. Ye Olde Spinster. No kids.
Looking for "Mr You'll Do".
Money's not important, so long as you've got some!
OBVIOUSLY I am super picky .... without good reason.
But personality DOES over-ride looks and cash. As does attentiveness.
Oh ... and I DO like them younger than me, tall, preferably never married and definitely no kids.
Any left ...?
How old are you?
How tall do you need?
Which part of the country?
Post a pic on the GHPC protected thread (pm me for details)"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.0 -
Guy are you asking for pics of members and not just houses now? Are you going to give a critical assessment on why people aren't selling!!
We need a new board! :dance:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Have a good weekend0 -
Just spent an amusing half-hour or so reading through this thread.. :-) I'm just too easily distracted, lol!
Have to agree with whoever it was (sorry, lots of pages ago, can't remember) that it's the person, not the assets that's important. But if they own a house OR have a responsible job, that indicates a bit of maturity and stability....
Got plenty of my own assets thank you very much!!!! :rotfl:
(And I don't "get" facebook either really, but I have got 4 or 5 friends, lol!!)Live your life until love is found, or love's gonna get you down" (credit to Mika!)0 -

Couldn't agree more with the above.
From a male perspective, (mine at least) the reverse is just as valid. Obviously I'll go for the person first and foremost, - being a home owner, would make the prospect of a long term relationship slightly more appealing.
So therefore, MEN PREFER HOMEOWNERS NOT RENTERS, too
Further - I too have my own assets, don't get facebook, but still have friends on there??!0 -
Guess who registered just to reply to this post?
You guys have made my morning (in bed avec lurgy). Don't know how I've managed to miss this site till now!
Anyways, men! Can't think what they are for really0 -
all i can say is these women must be very shallow, it never crosses my mind if someone rents or buys?!? i mean...who cares?!0
