In a word, No,
£12.50 sq/m is pretty cheap, you're best bet is Indian Sandstone. It may sound a little strange but we're not really in that part of the market.
The companies are generally split between Internal fitting and cladding or landscaping. It's only the larger companies that start to take on both. I'm more the internal stuff.
Try these guys, they aren't far from me and some of my customers have used them for patios and such (which is much more their target business). Seem like a decent company.

I dont know wheres the cheapest place for flags. But laying them is easy enough you just get the ground level with bedrock and concrete them down, piece of !!!!. I did NVQs in plastering and bricklaying and hope to build my own place some day because it would cost 300K to build a 1.2 million squid house because thats how stupid house prices are.
