Could you get ££ for them or are they scrap, or collectors pieces ? or just dust collectors
AND STOP telling yourself your doing worse than last year, so you had a good year last year:j, TODAY is a different year, different goal (yet to be made) do you want to go for a 1/2/3 or 4 week goal, its up to you.
Some of the wheels are fairly rare and worth a few £££s.
However, some aren't.
Mentally I seem to be really struggling this year, yet I'd vowed this was going to be the year I got better and got on with my life. :rotfl: Often seems I've tried everything. Currently, I don't take any medication and have recently stopped going to counselling. To be honest, I don't know how to stop comparing myself to previous years / other people / times I did better etc. etc.2018 totals:

So what do you want to do with them ?
We all have something we struggle with
, stopped your medication and counselling - does that mean you feel you don't need them anymore
How would you feel about comparing last month to this month ? knowing that you could do something this month to make it better than last month

Seriously, read the book I recommended. It will help you with that problem. REBT would be a great therapy for you, if you could find a decent therapist. But a break from therapy and counselling will do you good.0 -
Hope you're enjoying celebratory beef for Mothers' Day!;)
Out of sheer nosiness, which opera are you going to see?:)0 -
How about a challenge where you list one thing for sale each week? Nice and slow, but still it would feel like you're being productive. We're in the process of decluttering, very slowly, and seeing the money trickle in via ebay is quite satisfying
Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

:rotfl: They are being moved on, of course.
Unfortunately, no. However, I am yet to find any kind of treatment which really changes anything. To be honest, I wonder if I'm too stubborn to let anything work.
Comparing last month to this may not be so bad. This weekend has been a disaster so far as getting anything started, though. Yesterday I was struggling to cope and had to accompany niece's saxophone exam. Today we've been out all day, due to Mother's day. Tomorrow and Tuesday are looking no better as tomorrow I'm working from 9am-10pm with a break for lunch and dinner and Tuesday we're going to the opera. So much for making a good start...

I was completely confused by the link you sent. Googlebooks is usually good. Anyhow, I will have a look on Amazon for it.
Just looked up REBT. The problem is whilst reading about various therapies, I understand and think it seems a good idea. However, I don't seem to manage to put any of the theory into practice. An example being (not really a therapy, I don't think but anyhow, it's the most simple to explain) I was told to look at myself in a mirror and say "I'm a good person" or something along those lines. I couldn't do it as I didn't believe the statement.Hope you're enjoying celebratory beef for Mothers' Day!;)

:rotfl: My parents are still in Spain. Instead, we had the "pleasure" of visiting my in-laws.
We're going to see Cosi fan tutte in Nottingham. My wife likes the silly "cultured trash TV" (as she calls them) plots.
However, I'm currently trying to persuade her to see the Ring Cycle with me in June when it comes to Nottingham. Don't think she will, though.

Hello, slowlyfading.
It's nice to hear from you, I hope you're well and everything is getting better for you now.
That's a very good idea, actually.
One thing would be good to get started but think I need to be a little more productive... if I were to list one item per week I think it'd take to retirement to sort out.

Financial update: another £30 saved this week and as I didn't update last week, that brings my total to £900.
This time last year I was over £3,000 by this time.2018 totals:

And how are you doing that?
Your not an Aries - are you ?
Will be even better, once you start

Various contacts / car clubs / magazines / ebay.
Got it all sorted (for once ...), Frayed Knot.
No, I'm a Capricorn and according to google my personality is defined by my "hardworking and patient nature". Well, I reckon I fail both times, there. :rotfl:2018 totals:
