:rotfl: Re. mortgage free wannabes sorting out the country's finances. Somehow don't think you'd have me taking over from Osbourne, though. ;)
The state of the economy Alex I thought you had already taken over :rotfl:.

Sorry to disappoint Gally but Dave thought my track record of the credit being far too crunched would attract too much media attention, so left Osbourne in the position. :(

I dread to imagine. However, it won't happen. :D

Yet again I'm awake far too late and contemplating the fact I've not really managed to get on track this year with the finances. I still have no goals, also haven't completed my "things to do" and it's MARCH!

Today has been an interesting one, I've not been so well but spent my time doing some study, music teaching and reading about assessment within the school environment (state, primary), something I found very interesting. :) Unfortunately, Mrs K is worried about my influence on our son because she doesn't want him to grow up "spoilt" (he isn't) and "relying on family money". Really quite annoyed she is once again disrespecting my parents. The mortgage / work to the house came up in all of this, apparently because I'm failing to "deal with it" and should "have solutions in place". Our overpayment is apparently now HER overpayment. Rather fed up with how she is always changing her mind about what is "her money" and what is "ours".

Morning Alex, you both seem to be repeating the same arguments quite often, can a compromise be reached? I can understand that she is worried that having family money may influence him as he gets older, I would be worried about how to best handle that too.

    Me too.

Only the other week, Alex, you seemed to be planning out a future for LittleK helping you run the family business.

It has come to my notice :) you wanted to "get on track" throughout your postings.

    Challenge -
Please list 3 "items" "things to do" financial plans/savings - can be anything you want before 8th March 2016 which will be your 1st anniversary of your 1st posting in your Diary on this thread.

Just 3 simple "items" "things" then you can work towards them, instead of just saying "I've not done this or that yet :)

List of 3 - 1 week :) I will be watching for your post next Tuesday :)
