I wonder if they'll TUPE the existing POPLA staff across? They surely won't have the existing resources to deal with 650 appeals per week.
Maybe Henry Michael will be given a job as a consultant to their Board.

I recently took Orange to the Ombudsman CISAS, and was impressed, very fair, very quick and found 100% for me. Lets us hope that this lot are as good.
