Hester, she's got to just leave. They'll not do anything about her position otherwise. The number of places I've extended my notice at who've been the same.... in my current job, they knew in November that one of the girls was leaving. Knowing also that in January 2 people had annual leave booked. They've still not started recruitment. It's silly in all departments though because they're so understaffed other people are likely to leave too.


Chain mail... knitted.... just when I thought I'd heard everything :rotfl: Silvasava... not sure I could pass for Tina Turner if it was dark and we were all blindfolded!

Morning all.
Its very cold but sunny today. Have been feeling under the weather the past few days, having caught GS cold and hacking cough. Felt very down in the dumps but you lot have cheered me up with your antics !
On the subject of knitting chain mail ... That I can't do but I did learn as a child how to knit a dishcloth out of string if that helps.

Well just start knitting a lot of dishcloths then and I'll sew them together
