It's good entertainment value for us as it's not too close to home. We do have our own problems though.

Morning all. A shopping in York day planned here today with DD. She is having to buy an outfit to go to a wedding. I am sticking to a purse with £50 in it to stop myself being tempted by things when I only need a new pair of jeans.

    Have a great day everyone.

GENTLE YOGA! .........now I know where I'm going wrong. Decided to join the half hour class while I was on holiday, overbalanced and hit my head on the concrete floor! Sported a beautiful black eye for the rest of the holiday! Needless to say after making sure I was OK everyone else took the p!

Silvasava, just be thankful that you weren't following page 132 of the Kama Sutra... or it might have been more than your eye that was blackened. Ask Monnagran, she'll tell you :D

I am not going to google it!!!;)

Middle dd is coming round soon for lunch and a casserole and potatoes for mash are keeping warm. We might do a quick shopping trip as she needs to pack a case for a week in London and then in Miami for business, so a bit of planning for high temperature but still smart clothes will be needed.

Make a note of everything and let them hang themselves with their own rope. You both really deserve a break or a bit of good luck. Fingers and toes crossed for you.

    Hugs to all

My tube light came late yesterday. It's so bright you need need very dark glasses. Of course the length of it 5ft is four fifths of the kitchen ceiling. It's bright enough to to light the whole flat. So glad to get rid of the man in my back, (the lamp) he's heavy enough to be a man and I could not move without moving him.
