Morning all,

Today is the wood anniversary for OH and I. We both forgot, but some of our family members thought it was Thursday and kindly alerted us early. I guess that wouldn't pass muster in some households, but in that sense we're two of a kind . We'll eat some nice food and go out for dinner tonight but otherwise it will be a quiet one.

I mostly finished my list for the week. I have a few outstanding projects, but they're all things I can work on here and there and I've organized them so that I can do them in smaller increments on the weekends. The weather is going to be awful today so I suspect I'll get around to at least one of them if I'm not seduced by the lure of a good book on the sofa.

Next week is back to the full on work routine and the week after things will get very busy.

Happy Anniversaries!!! As today's weather will be pants I'll have to bite the bullet and actually do some (whispers) housework. Had a really busy few weeks and its just been getting a lick and a flick so really needs some attention - sigh

Rain holding off at the moment, the washing is out for a blow anyway.

I'm from London, left there when I was 20 and lived in Hants for a couple of years. Moved to Scotland where I have been for 32 years and people always comment that I haven't lost my southern accent until I speak to my brother and he comments that I sound really Scottish!

I've come to the same sad conclusion. Or we could meet up for a coffee instead and ignore it all I've got some jam jars if you need any (I have to empty the kitchen, such as it is, this weekend).
