Monna what the eye doesn't see the heart doesn't grieve butbI don't know if it's the same for other feelings. Eyes shut tightly, just in case. Will be thinking of you. Safe trip over.

I've emailed SS with regards to the meeting I had with the social worker.
The email contained phrases such as 'you are trying to save money by putting pressure on a pensioner' 'you have a legal duty of care, I see no evidence of said care' 'your lack of support is outstanding and making a difficult situation much harder' 'using emotional blackmail is an appalling way to work with someone with mental health issues', and so on and so forth!
I'm assuming this will be met with total silence, but we will see.

Well I'm not going anywhere, I like you all too much!

Lyn, most of my house is now painted in various colours of grey, such a warm colour and easy to accessorise with. I have wooden floors that seem to compliment it too. Sounds like your scandi house is going to look fabulous. Sweden is a place I have wanted to visit for a long time, you have just made me realise that I should go. Soon!

I've just come back from the hospice where I volunteer every week, there has been a bereavement (it's a children's hospice) and the love and support there is quite overwhelming.
  • GO CAMELOT, go to Sweden it's an absolutely enchanting place, you can't believe there are that many trees on the whole planet, let alone in one smallish country, you'll have a fantastic time!

I'm going to Sweden next week. And Denmark. For work.

I'm hoping it doesn't snow, as it generally does when I go there...

    Gotcha HUH. Ta muchly.

I've applied to volunteer for a hospice camelot but i'm not yet ready for the emotions associated with it so charity shop work it is for now. How are you coping? So very sad at any age but a small one? Thats tough.
  • Going to cook supper now, have a thumping headache and need some peace!
