Juliettet, the weather up here is bloody awful today. Sick of howling winds and battering rain!!!0
-
The weather is the same here Mar, have a jelly baby before I eat them all.0
-
O god. Courier me over a black one!0
-
Green one for me. In fact any colour will do. Even better a glass of wine.
Desperate to get gardening too. Mardatha you are probably higher up than me so will be even worse. Gate is needing a new bolt. Feel like Mary Poppins when I go out.0 -
I don't do wine can't drink on my cancer drug alcohol stops it from working so not worth even a little one.
Sounds like I better go get some more especially as there were no black ones in this packet.0 -

Evening fencers, sorry but everything I've just read has gone in one eye and out the other, so I hope you're all ok.
Bit of a 'meh' day here, weather pants, paid stuff pants, grumpy people pants. Salvaged by DH taking me out for a lovely meal. All is good with my world again now.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Sorry you've having a pants day, JazeeJ. Hope for a better one tomorrow. I have spend a chunk of my shift fielding customers who couldn't get thru on the council tax department's lines. Because they've sent out tens of thousands of bills in the past week, ready for the new financial year, so gadzillions of people want to talk to them.
So Mr or Mrs Bloggs can't get thru on the council tax line, so picks some other line at random, finds out the call-taker (me and my fellow inmates) can't handle a council tax enquiry and b*llocks us over it. After the 6th of these in a straight row I was ready to :wall::wall::wall::wall:
And it'll go on for weeks yet. Year end; gotta love it. Thank gawd Easter is in early April this year, I'm gonna need the rest.:rotfl:Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

Hugs for you and the lovely Docky Lyn, I hope you have longer than you think.
Good luck to the Stiltys tomorrow.
Another day of builders and plumbers here, with lots of quote and a huge sturdy side gate for the princely sum of £30, supplied and fitted. He made it himself and I really can't see how he can be making any money on it but I tried to give him £40 and he refused. Most odd.0 -
MrsLurcherwalker in the midst of what must be a stressful time of worry about Docky (and Olaf) you post a stunning piece of advice to Stiltwalker, Hugs.
Stiltwalker hopefully your essay is long since finished and Little Miss hasn't got too excited that she can't sleep - not that you need luck, but Good Luck for tomorrow, hope you are both able to enjoy it.
Jazee I know that feeling, I know I've read the posts and I'm struggling to reply and or comment, so I'll just hope everyone is doing well0
