Job seekers question

no all jobs are counted but each date goes from midnight to midnight. therefore a job done after midnight on tuesday night is counted as wednesday by the website. if you were foolish enough to allow them access to your ujm account they would say you didnt do anything on tuesday you are sanctioned. even though i agree with you in my mind its still tuesday.Charlotte17 wrote: »Who told you the days job search is only counted up to midnight? LOL
Job searches and applications only up till you sign on are for the whole day you are up and awake. It's not Cinderella syndrome
try it yourself. log onto your ujm account tonight after midnight and apply for a job. then look at whether it records it as applied for on tuesday the 10th or wednesday the 11th.0 -

DJ hasnt worked for years. Its a full time occupation deliberating all the barriers to looking for work......0 -
that was the time i needed to be up.Charlotte17 wrote: »Why get up at 5am? Just curious? Is it habit from working?
I used to be up at 6.30 but do not do that now. However I am up and laptop on at 8.300 -
does an employee feel guilty for having the whole weekend off? no. you shouldnt feel guilty for doing what you say either.Charlotte17 wrote: »I am just surprised you have the money and feel "not guilty" for being out all day.
If I go to sign on and then go to the shops on the way home including time to get ready and get there etc I have missed 3 hours job searching and to me I feel guilty that I may have missed something.0 -
they laughed because they are a benefit basher who has the unemployed marked as lazy scroungers who have never worked. of course what goes along with that is they never get up before midday.Charlotte17 wrote: »why laugh? Then the 'person' wouldn't find 5am early. However not an issue for anyone in your household.0 -

By what Website? Who is checking these websites? The Job Centre?
Your UJM account has NOTHING at all to do with job searching or applications. All you have to do as you are well aware is log in each day to it.
Try what? Apply for a job on the UJM that's not on the UJM? There are 100,000's of jobs there and only 2 in the 2 years I have had an account I have applied for via my actual account there all the others are on Reed, Monster or CV Library
So when you sign just out of curiosity do you include the jobs you have applied for up to the time you sign on?
For example if you were signing tomorrow at 11am when do you stop searching and present your job applications?0
