:rotfl:Pathetic - "your talking sh*te" type response when you've lost the argument and are incapable of responding to points made. Have a bit of dignity, just stop posting if the discussion is beyond you ;)

I've a 15yo son on an 'access to medicine scheme' run by a nearby University as his Secondary school participates in it. He's on his 2nd year there. At the presentation evening when he first got on it, there was talks from a recently qualified Dr, one with several years experience and another retired Consultant. Something said if you want to work in that profession was get used to coping with/liking elderly people and lots of poo (expression used, as talks were aimed at 13 year olds and keeping them engaged). Cleaning toilets and working in a nursing home would be relevant.

Those are probably the two biggest areas Doctors have to deal with :rotfl: may as well be honest from the start! It's a good ploy to get DD cleaning the bathroom!
Never again will the wolf get so close to my door

Aww bless ya, you really are delusional aren't you. Maybe you spend far too much time on these forums and need to get out more. Enjoy mollycoddling

Aaanyway.......hope everyone has a lovely weekend. Anyone got any exciting plans. I'm off out with the girls tonight and away on a shopping overnight trip tomorrow. Zagfles will of course be trawling these forums insisting she/he's right all the time...

Well I hope she's paying for her own ticket, otherwise you'll be accused of mollycoddling or "living vicariously through your children" etc :rotfl:

Enjoy regardless, have a great weekend everyone including kids working in chippies!

It's an early 12th birthday present, though admittedly the train tickets are more than I would have preferred to pay, not to worry though, I live in a 1930s house with 2 chimneys. ;)
