Morning All
I am still on track, number 15 today!
Yesterdays lunch was vegetable soup made in the slow cooker.
I just diced some sweet potato, butternut squash, onion and a parsnip, put in the slow cooker with enough tock to cover, some curry powder and ground cumin.
Put on low for 4 hours and mashed it. It was lovely!
I'll be having the leftovers of that today.
I made some sundried tomato hummus last night, so i'll probably have a slice of bread with that as well.

That soup does sound good.I haven't used my SC for ages.
