  • Hi All

Had 1 slip up this week and I'm not sure I posted last week so my running total is 11/20, not going to make it to my target of 20 but I have 7 more to go so hoping to get 6 out of those 7 taking my total to 17 for month - not bad for a first go, perhaps next month I will go for 18

Haha, still using up cupboard/freezer/fridge stuff. Lunch today was a very strange concoction but tasted amazing!

Lettuce, Linda M sausages, grilled and chopped up, onions sliced and fried with garlic, a pitta bread toasted and sliced up. Chucked it all in a bowl and squirted some DF mayo and sweet chilli sauce over the top. Was lovely, and i am now all full up :)

Had three days in the office today, my lunches were sandwiches and some leftover pasta. Bringing the total up to 11/17. :)
