Hello everyone! Sorry I've been absent, I've been playing along and am yet to miss a day, but work busy-ness has stopped me from posting - though I've tried to catch up!

I'm up to #19 - today's lunch is bulgur wheat salad with mozzarella, avo and rocket. Lunch is already made for tomorrow (quinoa salad) taking me up to #20.

Thanks for the good wishes, guys :D Getting there gradually.... If I made the soup (just veggies) on Sunday night, I'm assuming it'll still be ok tomorrow if it's been in the fridge the entire time?
