The thing I hate about lidl and aldi is that you often have to stand in the queue again to get your money back. Annoying.0

Really!
I wouldn't know. I've never set foot in a waitrose....
(I'm not even joking)
In tesco etc they have a customer desk where you can get your refund and you don't get glared at for messing up the cashier's scan rate.0 -
i was charged £4.99 last year for a pack of kiwi fruits turns out they put in the code for a foot stool by mistake, got it sorted before I paid mind you as I only had about 3 things and knew what I expected to pay.Need to get rid of my Yankee Candle Habit, Not very money saving of me0

Just looked at the receipt from yesterdays shop at Lidl and noticed they have charged me £12.48 for 32 bars of white chocolate. I bought one and it should have been 39p
I usually check my receipts in store but was in a rush yesterday...is there anything I can do? We've eaten half the bar of expensive chocolate and it was nice but not worth £12.48!
I can't believe that someone wouldn't notice twelve quid extra on the bill til they got home!
Are people that careless?cooeeeeeeeee :j :wave:0 -

Just this Sunday we bought 4 of the toilet airfreshners thinking they were 0.69p each. Realised something was pricier than we thought right after we came out. They were £2 each and DH didn't waste a second to queue up for the refund. That was a £8 refund out of £36 shopping.:eek:SPC 08 - #452 - £415
SPC 09 - #452 - £2980 -

Why would you queue again. I check my receipt before packing, and if there's something wrong with it, I go right back to the till in front of the queue. Of course I let the employee finish the current customer...0
