New (man) to Claiming from the CSA

I. In Feb they claimed to have lost my application. I knew it was lies, they had used his application instead. Now since then the reduced it £33 a
Well ... guess what? Having been told a few weeks ago that my case had been transferred to Dudley, from Falkirk, I assumed that the reason why I was not getting any money was because they were setting up a DEO.
Turns out ... Dudley have lost my case notes! Falkirk are adamant that they sent them down, but Dudley claim to never have received them. AAAARRRRGGGH!
Correct me if I am wrong ... when they say "sent case notes", do they actually mean through the post, ie snail mail? Or is it all on one of these magically disappearing discs that we are all hearing about these days?
So, who is now responsible for my case ... Falkirk, Dudley or Cyberspace?:wave:0 -
It will have gone in the internal post and will probably include your main file.0

Its been a year since i have submitted my claim for CSA! Still not a penny despite calculations been made. Ex has somehow managed to dodge all demands and payment requests. CSA tell me Ex does not speak to them on phone or reply to their letters. yet i see no sign of action from csa! Ex still taunts me on that i wont get a penny! What a wonderful system this is, if youre an NRP!
Also still no news from CSA complaints dept after they promised me a review and possible refund of expenses for my phone calls and letters, after previous caseworker messed me around!
The wait goes on...(maybe i will get better luck with national lottery!)0 -

Well, Kelloggs, I phoned them today to see if my file had arrived. Not surpisingly, it hadn't. They said they will look for it and call me tomorrow. I won't hold my breath.
In a way, I am now treating this whole thing as a saving account with Northern Rock. I imagine that my £40 a week is being collected and deposited, and just maybe in the future I will have raised a healthy sum like you managed to successfully do.probably get more from the Lottery...even a £10 win is so much more than NRP will ever give to hekp their kid...despite all the abuse and rudeness i have to endure from NRP!
... as I said above, I will keep looking for the roll-over, one day sometime in the future, it will all fall into place and I will get my jackpot. I live in hope, and as long as the CSA fail to collect and pay, the more ammo I stock up.:wave:0 -
Have you made a complaint and asked for compensation?0

Amazingly, that is exactly what my case worker said to me today on the blower. Her colleague said the same thing ( word by word) about three weeks ago.
Up until two weeks ago I was on benefits, and NOT getting my £10 CSA. Now that I am back at work, and trying to claim all my CSA that I am due. Will I get ( if ever at all ) the equivelant of my £10/weeks or can i claim the full £53/week assessment for the whole time back dated?
Does that make sense? Hope sumone can help.0 -
If there are arrears - and I'm assuming there is by your wording - then you will be due the amount that accrued of £10 per week. Now you are back at work, from the date you started work the full £53 a week will be due to you.
Hope that helps0 -

Thanks, that does help. No harm in trying though! It seemed too easy. I have gone nearly a year without anything, so I don't suppose I will see anything in the near future anyway.0
