Another question please OP, the deal on which you claimed SNAD was that on or off eBay?

I think I am beginning to see the logic here behind paypal's decision to consider you high risk.

Off. But that was resolved as I produced proof from Samsung that the phone was counterfeit.

    OK,

Now I'm not saying this is how we see you, but I can see how PayPal might be viewing you- and why they consider you high risk.

On at least 2 occasions you colluded with a seller to deal outside of eBay (the third one I asked you the wrong question- I should have asked whether the SNAD claim item was originally on eBay). Then you slammed in a claim against the sellers.

That does look dodgy, it looks distinctly scammy , and I suspect you are going to really struggle to get PayPal to reconsider your lost account.

Now that I have had some time to think, Indeed it does look suspicious. But the fact that none of the sellers responded or provided any proof of delivery after weeks should have influenced Paypal to leave the disputes open. Albeit, this is slightly my fault for not authenticating the sellers properly.

I purchased an Xperia Z2 before by paying directly via Paypal and the seller was excellent and the phone arrived very quick but I couldn't get used to the handset. Hence, I assumed transactions off eBay would be fine.

With the new info that has come to light it's very clear why they consider this 'high risk'

A few fraudulent sellers sell high value items they do not have as a scam. They get the money, clear the Paypal account and do a runner. Paypal is left footing the bill - so I can see why the OP's high risk - and low commonsense! buying has caused this limitation. Paypal are out of pocket to the tune of 1k+ as the 'sellers' are long gone...
  • and the buyer claims the money back "legality" , and paypal/ebay have no one to chase

Yep, that is basically the scam I alluded to. It requires seller and buyer to work together to defraud PayPal and unfortunately the OP fits the pattern. That's all PayPal will care about.

So you guys think I'm committing fraud by colluding? Not going to lie, this does hurt me slightly:(.

Anyway, I'll update you guys next week with what happens when I phone Barclay's regarding the transactions and how Paypal react to the FoS contacting them.

No, you just happen to fit the modus operandi of a scammer and u fortunately that is all PayPal will see. They don't care whether or not you are a genuinely unlucky buyer, all they see is someone who has triggered their fraud alert and to protect themselves they will close you down.

Incidentally why are you waiting until next week to phone Barclays, is there a significance in the time frame ? I would have thought doing it sooner rather than later would be beneficial.
