Igor has just come in to say that brunch is being served along with a very interesting cocktail called Hair of the Dog.

Igor is also ready now to have his sexy knees judged. It's taken him until now to shave them and get them looking buff.

Ok..........have I missed something here? Igor has come up with a cocktail called hair of the dog (and we all know how literal he is)

He has also recently shaved his legs ...........

Are you sure you still want a couple marmite  Or is it already too late?

:hello: Hi there all lovely NSDers, those hungover and those not.

Sounds like I missed a good party ;)

Well thank you muchly for the wooly undies knitwitch........they were much needed before I got to the shops :)

Donna I hope all goes well with oh's operation xx

Jodles- was the concert good? Hope you enjoyed it :). In answer to your question; what I call an NSD is a day when I spend nothing except the direct debits. I try to get anything else I need on a day I am spending anyway. I do count petrol in this but it is easier for me as I don't share the car so no one else is using it and so I know when I'm running out.

Well, operation knickers was a success on Thursday :j and I must admit that it is a bit of a relief to take off the knitted ones on a sunny day like this but I shall treasure them in case I need them again :rotfl:

Having said that I did end up spending on Friday too as a friend rang up who was feeling a bit down and she met me in W@itrose for coffee................I only spent 20p making my coffee a large one so that it covered as something bought but as I had spent and was in town anyway I did go and get a couple of bits from the £ shop. I have put them with the bag of bits I am putting away for next Santamas so I don't have to have a spending spree in Nov/Dec so I guess that's okay.

But today I am up to number 4 :j..............and it's sunny as well. Life is good :D

Hazel The Heffalump is still a baby,so doesn't take up that much room when compared to,say,Mummy Elephant.Having said that, she has a slight continence issue,on a par with, mmm, ten Huberts. All the cheese she's wolfing down isn't helping.I'm sure you won't forget her now...

'marmite turns a fetching shade of green and runs out of the room shrieking and cursing and kicks Igor right in his sexy knees.'

I should have known. It was actually called Prickly Hair of The Dog.

    Pass the sick bag,please. :(

We're all relieved that you're managed to purchase some new laydies' underthings. :)

    WD on getting #4. :j:j:j

hmm...Trying to think when I've spent this week. It's been a bit crazy which is why I haven't made it on here at all! Monday, Tuesday and Thursday were not NSDs as they entailed shopping for grocery related items and new travel card to get to work. Tuesday we also joined the gym so initial payment for that was required. I think the other days have been purse friendly though, only spending money I already had (or birthday money!) so I'm going to say that's 3 NSDs including today. Hopefully next week my life will make more sense and I'll keep better track!
