    Will have a proper peruse later when settled down with some :beer:.

    I have read it. It is an entirely judicious and well-balanced document. The airlines should now either pay up or go and stand in the naughty corner. But either way they should stop spending money on expensive lawyers - it can't be very good value for money.

    great result, hopefully this will draw a line under it!

    oh and I've never ever seen a % written like that... its 99.99999(add 9's till your finger hurts)% ... never seen it as 99.99.9%

    on that basis... case dismissed.
