Curious, as the regulation states quite clearly its compensation, primarily as an incentive for airlines to improve their customer's experience and ultimately as a penalty if they fail to do so.

'Justice delayed is Justice Denied'...now where have I seen that before...!!Successfully sued Ryanair in 2013/14...and have been 'helping' litigants since then.
