Well first of all I face planted my hallway earlier on and couldnt get up, thought my operated hip would be strong enough to get me up, (it wasnt) so i managed to crawl to the bathroom to pull myself up, with my weaker leg (not sure If i have said I have hemiplegia which is one sided weakness) so with the effort this caused I have pulled/Stretched a muscle behind my knee which is causing me discomfort.

with the nerve pain in my operated leg, and now pain behind my knee which is causing my heel to rise (think Achilles tendon) so I'm falling apart.

with this happening I have been resting all day but it made me realise how alone I actually am, living alone is a bummer sometimes when you just need someone to cuddle in that moment of weakness...

I dont have the luxury...

Sorry I didn't see this last night lovely Westie. Hope you're feeling a bit better today hun.

I felt the same when I had sciatic nerve pain and could hardly walk or get upstairs. It was the being on my own part that made it so much harder. However mine was just a few months where yours has been so on-going and it wears you down. Sending you loads of hugs and like Helen said you can always PM for a chat anytime. xxx

Hummingbird....I keep weird hours as I work from home....and the Weekends I'm usually up most of the Night....have had about 3 and a half hours sleep or so....

I have a bucket of coffee and this site reading peoples diaries that always keeps me occupied,

is it raining outside - the curse of BH? I would check but that means moving...

I have some bread cooking in the SC, I have a bucket of coffee beside me and I am watching trash on TV, what else does one lady need....

I will try and get out later even if its to put the bin out, think some fresh air will help to sweep away the blues a little...
