sorry I've been missing in action, been having a tough few days with pain so have been trying my hardest to get it under control, its anpther long weekend again yay for BH, hopefully I will start to feel better with rest and not having to go out for anything....

thats means some SFD, yay hopefully I can finally pay of one of my CC.

I am sorry to hear about your pain levels. I was worrying about you have a friend who has scoliosis and is on Oramorph right now and still not getting any pain relief. Harsh and so mentally draining when you can't escape the pain.

Harder for you too as they have closed all the doors in your face ref recovery and that must be hurting you mentally too. Sending big hugs and lots of strength your way. Wish I could tell you to go on my diet, lose some weight, do some core exercises and it would start to get better. It is working for me but we are so different in our issues

P.S Hummingbird do rectify the coconut mushrooms! They are lovely and I have a big bag of maoam waiting for me for when I can relax the diet slightly!!! I had a sneaky one tonight :eek: but it took me 8 grams over my carb limit for the day. Granted thats still 35 less than the limit I *could* set and so I will remain in ketosis but is not something I want to repeat. I find Fridays a killer. I want to reward myself! xx

I have lost 2.5 stone so there is not much left of me, but I am happy with my weight and love selling all my fat clothes to buy new ones, its a hard cycle as when Im suffering with pain I dont want to go out or move from my bed, but that means that I fall into a bit of a black cloud and find that my pain gets worse.

those days that I have my pain under control I do try to keep active but then I find I stuggle the next few days... I just dont know what to do for the best, I wil try to get back to the swimming pool as i am desperate to get back to scuba diving, I am shocked that the last time I logged a dive was on my 30th birthday December 2013!!!

this needs to change, I am jelious that the dive club is off to Egypt this week and normally I would be going with them... thought that after my replacement I would be feeling a lot better by now... but hey I never liked following rules and textbooks... the doctors are trying their best to try and help me but this nerve pain is driving me nuts and causing problems with my health both physically and mentally....


anyways painkillers are due and my hair needs a wash...
