Hello
Finally got round to finding your diary! The wishes and dreams terramundi looks huge, it would probably take me a lifetime to fill it. I was given one for my 18th (I'm 29 this year) and never really did anything with it until late last year when I started putting the odd silver in it. I'm probably about 3/4 full now so not long to go until I can whack it open. It's probably the size of the smaller one you have.
Glad you're feeling better.January 2015 - LBM

Harrys I was reading on the sealed pot thread that you don't have to smash your terramundi - apparently a knife will get the coins out through the slot with a bit of patience. Ask Sue-UU on that thread for help if needed as I'm no expert - I've never owned a terramundi!;)£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

welcome Harrys Mummy
I have had one at 18 and one at 21 which I smashed at 25 then put the coins into the bigger one, then when I got the smaller one, I separated it into £2 and £1 coins, the bigger one actually has a hole in the bottom covered by sellotape so I can get the coins out as like i said I had both £2 and £1 coins in there, but now they are separate....
I am now 31 so no ages ones for me know but loving the new ones, the bigger one will hold 3k in gold coins cant wait to make that target....
so today has been a eventful day for a Tuesday first of all roadkills from Levi has rubbed off I found 25p today outside on the pavement before I got to work, that was after I spent ten mins waiting for an ambulance to arrive after finding a lady collapsed outside Wilkos,
What I was amazed was the amount of the public that just walked passed her and didnt stop... I did my bit but infortuanelty I wasn't able to get down to the floor to her due to my own issues with my hips but I stayed with her and kept her calm until the ambulance men turned up....
I just hope if anything happened to me in the street someone would stop and help me...
I then had a manic day at work, just my luck for shouting about how quiet yesterday was.... I came home via my parents place who reimbursed me for a present I bought using my credit card for them, via quidco i must add so thats given my £6 cash back (I'm not silly me)
then I have comeback to the police outside my flat building apparently someone on the third floor is having a domestic so I couldn't get into my flat for about 10 mins, so I went for a walk to sainsbugs down the road to waste some time...
I am now in and checking up with diaries and trying to work out why YNAB is so angry with me, managed to pot £6 in £2 coins today swopped from work, yay for having coins on tap...
looking forward to my lie in tomorrow as I am back to London for my first of many checkups for my hip, lets hope the transport turns up in time, doesn't matter how many times I say that I need longer then two hours to get me from my flat door to the hospital waiting room, they just don't listen, I think they use AA road map or route master to plan the route!! of course shows 1:30 from my flat but doesn't factor in the stupid M25 and the problems that that can bring ...
hoe hum will keep you posted with my progress....

rahhhhhhhh
I am still waiting to be picked up for the hospital, the driver was due at 12, its now 12:36, I am not sure if I will make it to my appointment on time, as I don't think we have ever made it down the M25 without traffic or an accident....
now onto the pottage -
Its now 29th April, so I have put in my figures for April I have managed to save £1125 this month, this is a mixture of cash-back from my current accounts, quidco, reward payments, PPI payment (not received yet) and a little flutter on the Gran National, I am quietly happy with this, although I am not sure I will be in such a good position next month, as I have a BT maturing on one of my CC so not sure If I will use some of my savings or to transfer again, as I have a "Space" on another CC and a new offer has appeared on their internet banking....
I am looking forward to the BH weekend, I not only get my Tax Credits early due to the BH its first one of the tax year so tends to be that little bit more, I have also be informed that I have been given a pay-rise from the May pay packet, this was unexpected, as I have never been given a pay rise since I started working in my current employment due to missing my targets (stupid rules, unless you are graded as good or outstanding you don't get nowt) so due to this I have never been given any which is fine I have got used to budgeting my pay as it has been forever and ever, but!!!! there has been a uniform review of all the pay ranges over the company and all those that are currently under the band will be increased!!! yes that would be me as I am still on the same pay that I signed my contract for in 2006,
So I am looking forward to the increase which probably makes up to the pay rises that I would have had if I had had the right grading every year for the last 9 years....
lets see, I have also been advised by email today that my missing cash back claim for a current account switch has been accepted and will be paid to me, within 24 hours that will be a nice £85 to add to my coin collection....
Door bell has just gone got to go must be the transport, catch up with your westieners later
chao...

Amazed by your potting this month! Incredible. Have just informed TC's about my pay rise and bonus and this has been processed so no doubt my TC's will go through the floor now. xx

Oh dear
you want to smack that driver when you get back out!!

Do more then smack him, he must have been the slowest driver in the world I'm sure his car was limited to 50mph, as we didn't seem to have the fast forward button pushed, and he looked like he hadn't washed for ten years, dirty man...
