I always thought your 'tribe' collective was more descriptive than 'clan'!
I suspect Zebedee will soon be making an appearance! Boing! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Will Pukey (IPC) was on Radio Scotland as I drove home today. I had to pull over - I couldn't stop laughing at the BS he was shovelling.
And aren't we lucky that we're getting the kangaroo court up here from April.0 -
Apologies if this has already been brought up on here but I'm new to this site. I can see a lot of stuff about what to do if you get a ticket from these parking firms but not what to do if you've already paid. Two years ago I got a demand for £100 from Parking Eye. All the online advice was to just ignore them Six months later and numerous ignored demands later I got a letter from Northampton County Court telling me that I now had to stump up £160 and if I didn't I would receive a summons. At this point I lost my nerve and begrudgingly paid it. With the latest development, am I in a position to claim it back and if so, how?0

Search for Challenge The Fine, and register there.
Once you've paid there's nothing you can do other than sue them or the landowner to get the money back. That's what CTF is all about ... a plan to raise a class action to recover such paid invoices.0 -

You are NOT new to this site, Houndpig.
You were NOT new to this site 2 years ago.
You clearly did NOT read advice here 2 years ago.
I've no idea what's drawn you to this Thread now, but that's immaterial - just follow bod's advice now.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Some geezer from these forums on BBC Three Counties Radio today, talking about the RAC Foundation report (starts about 2h 09m in):
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02hp03b
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Its pleasing to see that Patrick "I have no idea how to spell consusstant - nor do I understand its meaning" Troy spouts GPEOL today and yet only days ago was spouting "commercial justification".
There are a number of possible conclusions that one might draw from this but as I am entirely ignorant of the law how could I conceivably judge whether Mr Troy has any? I am also similarly untrained from a medical perspective and have no understanding of the effects of amnesia or its causes. I am however well qualified in assessing the quality of sheer, unadulterated Bullenscheiße.
I have schoolboy German. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
A propos of nothing in particular, the German expression for "b*llsh*t artist" is "Quatschkopf". What a lovely word, and how interesting.

Looking at it from the other side if the PPCs fold and there is no longer any sanction at all for parking in areas that we are not entitled to park in then there will be a free-for-all and none of us will be able to park. People will park in the carpark of the block of flats where YOU live while you are trying to find a parking space in the carpark where they live so that you can get on a bus into town rather than pay the £97.50 per hour it costs to park in the town centre car park.
Perhaps our beloved government will get their wish and force us all onto public transport after all because we'll all be so petrified of someone parking in our parking space we'll never move our cars!0 -
Well I for one would like to thank everyone on here that advised me what to do to beat Napier, it worked and I thank this unregulated (if this is one) forum for helping me.
So up yours Troy:wave:0
