Well, today should've been my 7th wedding anniversary.
Feeling very blue, wish I could erase certain memories, would be so much easier and save so much heartache.
I've had company today so haven't thought about it much, but now I'm home alone and feeling down. The usual Sunday night feeling isn't helping.
O was a little testing this morning too, and we didn't have a great morning with me having to tell him off quite a few times, so that left me a bit glum. I'm super tired too, after several nights of rubbish, broken sleep, so all in all, not feeling 'tip-top'.
Off for a shower, then bed in the hope of sleeping this one away as they say,
Goodnight all.

Hello you
Excited at the prospect of your PPI claim coming through. I have been led to believe they aren't even researching much these days, just blindly paying out now that they have been slapped for rejecting good claims far too often! So sounds to me like you have a heck of a strong case!!!
Glad you are coming to terms with your house and being alone there sometimes. You will get to a point where you really enjoy it and resent sharing it with anyone, trust me!! This weekend Him stayed for my birthday, we had a massive argument at 10am Saturday and that ruined the entire day. Sometimes I wonder if I can ever live with him full time again, so used am I to my 4 days and 5 nights to myself!
Am sorry about your memory dayit is very early days, so don't expect to feel better about this next year either hun. Try and arrange something to take your mind off it next year. A little trip away maybe.
I hope you get a good nights sleep and sleep it all off.
Lots of love xxxx

From me as well, hope the week picks up.. every anniversary should get better - as people tell me "its just a date" - and new memories and reasons to celebrate will come in and take the places

Thank you all, sorry to be on a downer last night. The ex and I even joked about it on Thursday night and I was actually doing fine until about 9.30pm last night when everything just sort of hit me and, I'm embarrassed to say I sobbed my little heart out last night.
I must've fallen asleep pretty rapidly though, but hit the snooze button about 6 times this morning and still feel exhausted this morning.
Oh Lilty, sorry to hear about the row, on your birthday weekend too. I can see what you mean about not sharing your space with anyone too. I'm fine when I have Oscar and the evenings are mostly good, but it's just when he's at his Dad's and I'm completely alone, I feel a bit lost, with no reason for being there iykwim.
And yes, the PPI would be very welcome if it does come through. I have everything crossed for that one.
Thanks for the hugs guys, they were very gratefully received.:A
So, today the first scheduled loan payment has come out of the account, so that's a little more knocked off the debt, will update the signature shortly.
Have a good day all

Right, I'm trying hard to claw back motivation for sorting myself out this week, namely, sticking to the diet and tackling my to-do list.
I've made a start by listing the two surplus pieces of furniture now sat in my garage on gumtree and work's selling board, hopefully they will bring in around £150 - £200 when sold.
I've also printed the returns label for the dodgy scales from Amazon, they'll be picked up for free tomorrow. I need to hunt out a new set that are accurate and reliable and preferably cost no more than £16.95!
Signature's been updated, and the debt's coming down. There'll be another £100 off of that soon when the CC payment comes out, will try and make extra payments to get it under £8K by next payday (22nd May).Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £50,378.61

Yes, I find it really motivating too Levi, at least gives me some sort of focus for the week, if nothing else.
Well, I've sold one piece of furniture and waiting to hear from someone on the second, so that's £200 coming my way, so that's £200 off the loan or CC - the CC is interest free though, so makes sense to pay it off the loan.
Oh, and have also agreed to a 5 day break next January which will cost me about £250, so I need to start saving! At least it gives me something to look forward to though.

Oh, and I've also cancelled my gym membership from 1st May, so that will be an extra £33 a month going towards the debt. Unfortunately, I now just don't have the spare time to get to the gym with the childcare schedule. More emphasis on the importance of getting my shred DVDs back out now!Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £50,378.61
