Well...
It looks like this, when in a diagram...
[
I had to pay back £250 this year from 2 years ago when they made an almighty muck up.
At the end of the day Levi all you can do is continue to tell them what your changes
and amendments are as they happen, and *hope* that they pull their finger out and figure
it out. I've always told them every change on time.
They still messed up. But that is life. So long as you aren't deliberately
misleading them then nothing can happen.
And they can give you 36 months to pay back any overpayment
without even going to special measures. x

Also - keep meaning to ask, did you think any more about income insurance? If you still wanted to go for that I'd consider setting it up now before any formalities crept in about potential cuts to your department - else they might not insure you. At this point you are still 'formally ignorant' to any risk. I started considering it again and got a pretty good quote for a company that covers 65% salary for 12 months, redundancy, accident and illness. I think worry-heads like you and I might really benefit from it..... I just don't like the extra financial outlay atm so its a bit of a dilemma. How do you feel about it these days? x- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

Ohmogod, I NEED that red cupboard..... Not want, need!!!!
And great taste - I have the same 'every cloud..' Plaque
love the drawers... Am tres jealous. Likty's gonna go nuts, you know this!
As for income insurance, have thought about it, quite is around £30 a month which I think is a bit steep (is that me being tight?), but I should probably look into further. I'm a bit worries that they wangle their way out of paying if the worst does happen as there's so many t's & c's, they make my brain hurt.
Was your quote about the same?

Yeah, £35ish for 65% which was the best percentage of salary for monthly price- but I'm tight too and all the t&c s put me off too - I'm sure they'd find a way to make it so they didn't have to pay out .. bleh.
