  • School should be sensitive to the fact that not everyone has a 'mum'; how have they been so far? OH and I did an adoption course once, and there was lots of emphasis on how to deal with non-traditional family setups. Moving the focus onto Grandma, or FGN might be a way of easing the potential strain xx

:rotfl: you're slightly further ahead than I am stepup!

And yeah his school are fine, understanding but they really know very little as I don't want him to be the recipient of any overt sympathy or whatever may set him out..(not to be harsh, I just don't want him to have that as his identity)..and also the other parents and their over-interest in our domestic situation ..ehhhh.. I'm sure they will be sensible enough to suggest the children can make it for whomever they chose.. I'm just not sure how adaptable LL will be to the concept of making it for someone who isn't his mum... we'll see.. he will probably be 100% fine and i'm making a fuss about nothing as usual but i'm treading a bit carefully.:o

Just popping in to say that self help for your nerves is the book I mentioned thinks ago and it is amazing! I rank it along with Dale Carnegie and she actually won the Nobel prize for medicine for her work with panic disorder and nervous/mental illness. Claire weekend saved my sanity and possibly more!!! Happy reading Levi! Xxx

There's definitely some 'blueness' in the air today Levi, so you're not alone honey. :heart2::heart2:Tomorrow's a new day and all that eh and sounds like you have lots of things to look forward to in the not so distant future, so try and focus on those if you can.

Glad the ECG was quick and easy and you weren't delayed, there's nothing worse than waiting around for appointments, especially with a little person in tow.

Sorry I' not so chatty tonight, am really tired, feeling a bit 'meh' and just about to hit the sack, just wanted to check in and see how you got on today.
    Sending love and hugs xxxx
