Nice to see you back around here MeandO:) and thanks Lucky, Humming teapot and Edwink for all the positivity and suggestions chucked my way,I am always appreciative of you all you guys taking time to write on here. I must admit I haven't ever found Spongbob creepy..LL likes him and sometimes I find the humour crosses the child/adult boundaries in a way that can make me laugh:D The movie is on Sunday, not Saturday as I originally thought, so will deffo use that for the bed bargaining tool one day before then, I reckon it will work:)
Edwink I have made 2 lots of soup since we spoke about it and have even taken it to work in a flask for work lunch, really helps fill me up. I'm still a fat b*stard but have lost about 7lbs since I started talking about it, but 14lbs to go until I feel satisfied with my body, back to when I looked and felt best. I'm carrying too much on my stomach and was actually embarrassed about it during the ECGI was self-conscious which is stupid because I know a/ Nurses don't think that or even notice and b/ even if she did, it doesn't matter and she's seen a lot worse! BUT. it just reminds me how far I've fallen in my self esteem feelings in the past year or so and need to get back. God help me if I'm ever in another relationship
Posted the card to the USA today - £2.15.. 5 days estimated delivery by air mail so should be in time for the birthday (LL uncle). Also I went into Primark as FGN :A text me this morning and asked if I could go there to pick up some cushions she saw in there the other day and regretted not buying. I had to ring her had to talk me through it on the phone until I found the ones she was on aboutBut she was very grateful & I took them round to her after the docs-and she gave me the money for them. And 2 Toffee Crisps
:) :A
Have decided to send flowers for mothers day - anything else is kinda impractical/unwanted and she always loves flowers so I will sort that out tomorrow, hopefully there is still time.
Tomorrow:
Ozzy booster appointment @ vets - 11am (£34 - budgeted)
Work (from home)
Washing/cleaning
Arrange Mothers Day flowers
That's the last of the extra spends for March. Need to buy petrol rather urgently tomorrow too but that is also budgeted for so no worries. The end of the month gets closer and another month of successful budgeting hopefully turns into another
Feeling a bit low tonight-not sure why-so gonna shut down early, eat my toffee crisp (yes I saved one for LL lunchbox) and have a chillax/kip...peace out kids :heart2: x

I'm with you on feeling low Levi. Maybe it is in the air chick? Or maybe, for you, it is the anti-climax of the ECG being so super quick. I hope the results come back all A-Ok.
Bless you ref the Mothers day flowers... Did you know that if you sign up to Sun Plus for 3 months costing 9.99 you get a free £29.99 bunch of flowers? If you want the link let me know and I will discover it for you.
Big many hugs, to you and LL. Hope you are both feeling much better. Hump day tomorrow...xx

Hi Levi
Glad that you are both feeling better, I hope your results come back in favour I know what it is like and what you are going through it seems no one in my family has rhythm until pacemakers are fitted
Just wanted to hopefully save you a little on the mothers day flowers, I found that by contacting a local florist it worked out much cheaper than interflora or similar companies. I used to be a florist and am knowledgeable about florists in Cheshire not Manchester though, but if you think I can be of help recommending someone then feel free to pm me.
Take care, oh and well done for saving LL a toffee crisp let's hope it's still there in the morning

awww.. I think, as ever, Lilty is right; the low feeling probably comes from the anti-climax of a quick ECG. Rest assured that if it was all over the place, she'd have sent you straight round to A&E.
I wondered if you'd got time to get LL to make something for your mum? Flowers are of course absolutely wonderful, but something homemade with love is worth so much. My DD made me a memory box from an old shoe box, and writes me a note every so often telling me how much she loves me. They all go in my memory box. She calls it a kiss box, and every so often lifts the lid, and fills it with fresh kisses.:D Love her!! That box would be one of the things I'd grab in a fire. xx

Hi Levi - great to hear that the ECG was so quick and straightforward- you would expect it to be a longer test wouldn't you? I certainly would have done, having no experience of these things!
Great to hear about FGN - hadn't heard about her much for a while (has she been on holiday??? LOL!) Wouldn't want her to move away or anything!
I'm going to be visiting my Mum over Mother's Day w/e so I won't have to send flowers or post anything, I can hand-deliver mine!
You'll still be fine tomoz for ordering flowers to be sent. Just wondering, do you use Topcashback? If so go through them if you're ordering online for a little bit back later on! I go through them for all my online purchases and the cashback does all add up, all gained on things you were going to buy anyway!
By the way, I agree with Edwink, you've made a very impressive reduction to those balances already - I got a shock when I saw how much you've paid off and you've only just started!! Well done youuuuuuuuuu!! xx£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

Stepup... my mum has a box in her bedroom that I gave to her. It was taped all around the edges, and I had *filled it* with love, hugs and kisses. And a teddy bear wearing a little blue knitted jumper with 'mum' on it. When I go to visit, I sneak in and deposit new hugs and kisses.. even now, and I am 29 next month :rotfl:

Glad the ECG was quick and easy for you Levi.
I was going to suggested getting LL to make something for your mum, dude is going to make shrink plastic handprint keyrings for my mum. With my help of course seen as he won't actually have a clue what he's doing. Luckily I am quite a crafty person so have all the necessary bits and bobs to make them. Have a look on pinterest, theres some great ideas on there.January 2015 - LBM

Stepup and Lilty love it! Every mum and dad should have a kisses box
it brought to mind something my dd did for me whilst at uni when she was a poor student. The resourceful little dd that she is hit the freebe thread and filled a shoe box with lovely soap, perfume, shampoo, socks, Christmas decorations and much more all free and so very thoughtful it lasted me years and I loved it :j
Just thinking ahead for Christmas Levi there are always children's items might be worth checking out now and again for stocking fillers
