Hi Levi, any chance you could try it for a week before commiting to see how things go?:o0

Hi Levi
From what you have said about the house share I would personally go for it!! Just check out the ground rule side of things first. Plus find out about the deposit etc. and if bills are included in your rent.
To be honest I feel that having a garden for you both would do you both good. That could be the incentive for LL to sleep in his new room on his own. A game of footy before bed!! GOAL!!!!!!!!

Ahh that's a toughie, Levi!
You have such a good support thee in FGN.
You mentioned in one post that you'd have an on site baby sitter, in the new house, but then in another said that your friend is hardly ever there as she is at her partners place a lot. Does she know that she's got the babysitting job? Would she mind looking after LL like FGN does? That's quite a big support to lose in FGN...though prhaps FGN would still be there for you if you moved and you could drop LL off there if you needed to?
Other than hat, it seems like an interesting prospect. It sounds like a nicer house, the garden would be nice, etc.
Maybe try it out for a week or 2? Would that be possible. See if LL settles ok and how it works before you give up your current place.PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.

Motorway?!! Extra 10 mins? Have you been on the m25 (I assume) recently? It is gridlock from dawn to dawn... Just where is LL's school? And where's your friend's house?
Another thought: how near are the shops? Don't you have several of then cheaper s'markets near you at the mo? Don't want to lose theextra cash in having to buy more expensive food.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

i'm gonna talk to my mate later and talk about a trial - no commitment, nothing lost. worst comes to worst it is a mini holiday. LL is going to the states in June for several weeks so if it goes well I could have us all moved in before he comes back so he isn;t around the upheaval. but we will see.
my rent will include all bills etc. i'd have online deliveries from asda or tesco apple, cos that is what my friend does now, but also i work near cheap shops so i can pick things up on my lunch breaks if needs be.
i just spent £10 on ebay cos i had been watching an item for fathers day for a while and had to strike while the iron was hot, my dad loves triumph motorbikes and it was a really cool promo t-shirt official merchandsise which i know he will love. i got him a triumph t shirt before and he recently told me he wore it so much it split..lol. (subtle hint?)
and i really really REALLY need petrol and i do need a few other bits for LL, clothes, but i will wait boot sale season and he can also probably get toys there too. only about 1 week til tax credits land. :)x- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

Big decision for you regarding a possible move, but your weighing up the pros and cons in a considered way and listening to good advice from your friends, meaning you will reach the best decision for you, LL and O at this time xIt will all be ok in the end - if it's not ok, then it's not the end!
