Well done Levi - that can't have been an easy conversation to have. It sounds as though SR really values your friendship and was nervous that he'd lost it. I hope it can be repaired in time. I don't think any of us get out of bed in the morning thinking "I'd really like to muck life up today".

You've been professional and kind in a difficult situation - that takes a lot of courage.

Well done on dealing with SR so professionally Levi, as Fortune Smiles said, that takes a lot and you have come out of it as the greater man, with a huge amount of integrity and dignity, you should feel so proud of how you've handled it all.

Thanks, I'm glad the SR thing is over/amicable (gosh, anyone would think we have just broken up a workplace relationship :rotfl:) and I'm pleased with myself in my ability to move on swiftly - actually feeling content about the whole thing now and at least I don't have all the stress of having an interview

Miss you Lilty - happy you popped by! - and hope you are having a great time with the friends and the snuggly baby!

Lovely to see you Lucky and yep there is about half a bag left, but LL has eaten ALL little marshmallow pieces out of it.

You've made me want a cup now.. I'm deffo on that later :cool:

To remind myself more than anything - for my evening update tonight the topic will be a fantastic coping mechanism to overcoming excessive worry, from a book I really need to recommend to all of you worriers out there. I have been re-reading it over the past couple of days on my lunch break and so many things I had forgotten, that I need to reapply to my life. I'll share one really good one later and also the details of the book. It can be your bedtime story
