I often find money on the pavement albeit small change coins. My husband says because I am not very tall I am closer to the ground than him so that's why I find it and not him. I pick them up and put them in our charity jar at home!!! Just got back from a short break away as I am due to have an op on Saturday. I found two 5 pence pieces and two 2 pence pieces. Only 12p but it soon mounts up!!!
Just a little tip for all those that will pick up small coins. Always look around the checkouts at supermarkets especially around the self service tills. I have found plenty around those!!!
Hope you are having a good day Levi!!!!

I dreamt all last night I kept finding roadkill pennies on the floor... and I didn't even know about your epic Universe gift!! Such a brilliant thing. I rarely find roadkill but the one time it was a part of my challenge I found the muddiest murkiest 5er in a puddle near home. Like.. 'Ok you can have it for your challenge but I won't make it a pleasant experience.. Love Universe x' :rotfl: See, sometimes even when you don't think things are going your way, other people Ruth!! you little chatterbox
are looking out for you and as she says.. loving you even when you don't love yourself. We do.
You need to get LL onto Lips are movin.Jelly loves that! Also Sia - Elastic Heart. Not to mention a bit of Muse, Paloma Faith and... DMX :rotfl:
P.S skipping potatoes is fine for you, but don't forget the little man needs adequate carbs, far more than you!! xxx

That is brilliant on the roadkill front Levi. Im a regular spotter & the most I've found was a £5 note once, which was my best day EVER, £10 wins on every front.
Please Let Me Be Lucky - What is it about Bob Marley that every kid loves? Can remember my little boy singing away to Buffalo Soldier, when he was all of 2 and 3. Guess its just strong rhythum, & great easy lyrics." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

hey:)
thanks for the msgs! the tenner is still safe & sound in my wallet and gratefully received as a universal gift.
work was frustrating
without going into the full detail i'd be trying to organise some awareness training for the employer of one of my clients since (no lie) JANUARY 2014.. which finally was approved by his employer... arranged by me.. all set up.. was due to take place today.. i went to his workplace, super geared up for it on his behalf because he needs extra support from his colleagues to support his disability successfully at work.. only to find.. it had been called off. i was pretty annoyed because they had months.. well.. 18 months(!!) to arrange this thing which was already being paid for by a grant to Access to Work.. all logistical arrangements made by my team.. no need for much effort at all from employer.. just to arrange for people to turn up and to book a function room. client pretty upset. big mess all around.. i hate those kind of roadblocks where big huge companies give this kind of runaround.
...but it was payday... woop! :j
had the small tax threshold rise there.. about £10 a month, but still better than nothing
got busy doing some chores right after work while LL went to trampoline club... managed to strip the beds and do 2 loads of laundry which are now drying. fresh bedding on my bed & had to tumble dry LL's MARVEL bedding as he needs it back on right away.. don't wanna mess up the progressso that is done too.. he is now sleeping soundly under it again.
I will do more proper cleaning tomorrow and also will do the food shopping inclu. stuff for our trip. will pull out all the furniture and hoover behind.. i'm have this psychological need to have everything spotless at the moment.. I sit there worrying about the amounts of dust that may or may not be in places I cannot see..
I popped to another charity shop at lunch time where I managed to find another jacket for LL (his other one is now too winter-ish but the weather is too up and down to be coat-free yet!) & it was only £2 - originally from Adams & seems nice quality but just a little worn, nothing worth worrying about though for the amount of time he'll use it. I washed that too and it fits him great. Also a pair of jeans for him (F&F) for £1 which are quite cool, elastic tracksuit style waist band/cuffs and quite funky - more or less new condition. can never have too many clothes for him it seems like... grows fast and burns through laundry with all the rough and tumble.
that's about all tonight.. am off to bed in the clean sheets to watch Stacey Dooley on Bbc3 at 9pm.. then sleepyland.. x :heart2: x- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -
