Enjoy your new hair do and having your parents visiting 😊Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

My haircut meant i could have missed bus so i went to work by taxi & came by bus (£10.50 travel). It is so nice to have manageable hair again. Work was fine. Some bits to do tonight though.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Yay to new hair do 😁 Your hairdresser charges such reasonable prices too from what you have said before, which is good for your bank account too. Has anyone ever tried getting a cheap haircut at a local hairdressing college?0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Funnily enough i knew that place vvvvv well
the salon is v busy but you can only book appointments but they often clash with working hours.
Mum and dad were just leaving. They did a covid test randomly as my brother was doing his daily test for work and guess what? mum has covid so they cancelled the visit. She has no symptoms yet but did have a cold earlier in the week but they did a test then and it was negative. Mum is in a spare bedroom and chilling whilst dad is doing all the housework etc.
I went to the hospital and got my eyes scanned cost of taxi £28 but there is no price on health.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221 -
Oh no, hope your mom has a speedy recovery.
Agree with having an unlimited pot for health, it's too fragile to mess with.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Sorry to hear about your mum. Hope she is not ill and it’s over quickly.I phoned the large hospital which is a distance from me as they sent me an appointment for Breast screening during work hours. They changed the appointment to the mobile unit at my local asda car park (where I went shopping today) on a morning when I am working late. It may be worth a phone call next time you have an appointment to see if there is an alternative venue which would be cheaper for you to get to0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I tried that but only one place does this particular test. It is fine though i am glad it has been done. Mum has a slight cold but says she feels fine. I just spoke to her we don't know if its the end or beginning of covid. Keeping everything crossed.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Ah fair enough if there are no places nearer. I think I am going to have to pay for a taxi to get my diabetic retinopathy done this year as the nearest one to me in walking distance closed during covid. The one they now use is further away and I can’t drive to it because of the drops they put in your eyes, but still nearer than the hospital.Hope your mum can just relax and rest during covid with no symptoms 🤞0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thank you, mum dad and brother all have it now. They all had a cold earlier this week which was covid negative and now the cold is gone or nearly gone their test is positive. How odd.
I did a food shop and bought a bus ticket £22. What a loooooong day.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221 -
