Hope your lessons don’t take all of your day. It is raining here too. Maybe it will brighten up later. I put my clocks back before I went to bed but I still woke early too

Sounds like things are going well atm. Not great that you couldn't sleep but hopefully it will mean you can get your lesson planning done early and enjoy the rest of your day.

    Happy Halloween

I havent spent any money this week my necklaces have arrived. I have £100 for fun this month and £120 for food. I will not overspend.

I had to go into work this morning and came back quite tired. Now I am  trying to write lessons for next week.  My parents have come down and are doing housework around me whilst i am working to help me out. Roll on next year when i shant have as much prep.

I will catch up on everyone's diaries but it might take a while. Hope everyone is ok.

  • Fun and food budgets sounds good SW. So glad your parents have come to stay and help you. It’s lovely that they can look after you while you write lessons. Hope you get to spend some time with them too

I wondered how you were getting the parental curry! I'm pleased they're back down again for a visit.

I feel so cheered up. Also i am trying to whizz through work and have managed to find a dentist (not been for 4 years!) I think and I am also hoping i can have my booster jab this week too. The sun is shining and i feel happy. I wish they moved in with me.

Ahh so glad you’re feeling happy :) and well done on the dentist, it’s mad trying to get in somewhere these days! I’ve been kicked out of mine because I haven’t been for over two years… I did point out that they’d mostly been closed for non-emergencies for the past 18 months but they weren’t having it
