That's fab news on the coffee table sale! We've got a beautiful wooden coffee table in our lounge, that's been stood up on its end behind the sofa since we got it (second hand from gumtree). Sadly it's too large to walk around it once we'd got the sofas and TV unit in there too. I really should polish it up and sell it on! A friend said she'd love it, but her lounge/diner is crazily cluttered to I just don't see how she'd ever make enough room to fit it in!! You sound like you're turning into a decluttering demon, you're going to end up with a show home at this rateMFW2023 challenge #99: £1090.11 / £1,000 MFiT-T6 (Jan 2022 - Jan 2025) challenge #99: Reduce mortgage to £400,000. Lol £13 is not to be sneezed at. I haven't done any marking as I fell asleep. I did a bit of tidying and will unpack my winter clothes in a while and put away my summer ones.
