I hope so. I walked for 6000 steps, and jogged for 1 hour and did 15 mins on the crossdresser! Let's hope I can maintain this.

    I spent £1.50 on a drink today.

No you don't, I did nothing all year and have a lot to catch up on!

I spent £2.90 at work on food. I took sarnies in but they had a lovely roast and I couldn't say no. lol.

Weather glorious. Waiting for hairdresser to come. That'll cost £15 including tip.

I love a roast meal. Yum.

I have just jogged for one hour and also I walked 3000 steps today. I wonder when I will notice weight loss. I can feel my clothes are looser and its been 5 days. Im not weighing myself till weekend. I just want to fit into my regular jeans again!!!!! and not get embarrassed every time I go to London as they are so thin.

I am going to get an increase in my hours next year for sure which will be enough to earn little luxuries I hope. Thank goodness it is Friday.

My parents are here and we are going to chill. No jogging done for two days I will do it tomorrow. Clothes are fitting much better even though I have only lost a kilo. Im back at 60kg.

    Today I spent 60p.
