I love them too!!!! I just wish they weren't so far to get to.
I just realised I made an extra £10 as one of the unsuccessful bidders asked if I had any old makeup that I hadn't offered for sale. I am now posting 3 nearly new (used once) eye makeups so I can put even more into kitchen fund. :money:Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hi Aesop and Mrs Upsidedown Bear,
How are you both? Have you had a good weekend?
Aesop I don't know how it sold. I am just so happy I put it on v cheap to get people's attention. To be honest I am glad it has gone as it is just clutter now.
I could have bought some lovely flowers and plants from the car boot but knew I would be too tired to plant them! I do like it when we have a sunny day it really makes all the difference.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hooray the last person just paid for fleabay purchases. All money earned is going into kitchen account at the end of the month.
It is nearly the summer holiday. I am starting to think about how I can make some more money. I am too ill to start another job just for the hols so I will have to think smart. I shall be on Aesop's website and spending lots of time in my garden as it is cheap and happy!!!!
I have been looking at nice garden table and chair sets on fleabay I do hope some come up for sale near me. I know I shouldn't be looking as I am saving for a kitchen but it is nice to be nosey!!!!! That's the beauty of fleabay you can look from the comfort of your own home and pretend shop without actually bidding. Hurrah for fleabay!!!!!
How on earth do people afford to take drugs and buy excessive alcohol? Where did I go wrong? I can just about save on my salary there is no space for drugs, mind you I am too ill to take them! lol. I do buy the odd bottle of wine for special occasions but that's it. Maybe 2-3 times a year?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Hello it is the weekend. It has been a crazy work week. Lots of unpaid overtime! I have a few things I am going to put onto fleabay that might just be for home collection. It is so good no work to do this weekend. Hurrah summer is nearly here.
I have had problems taking photos of my things I want to sell as a result, I haven't actually put anything on fleabay yet! Nevertheless, I have washed and dried two lots of clothes and sheets, have mowed grass at back of house and picked lots of strawberries from garden. Perfect specimens everyone!
Am trying not to spend any money this weekend. So I am emptying out my fridge and freezer to save money. I have plenty to eat and I am going to try to use it all rather than chucking it!
Cannot believe the terrorists are getting closer! How on earth do they justify murder? Bad times.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Hurrah! My best mate is going to buy my Tetley Tea collectables and give me cash! Every bit helps! I had to send him pictures as I couldn't take pictures for fleabay and he was going to email them to me but he decided that he likes them and has made me a lovely offer which will go in kitchen fund! Hurrah.
We break up for hols in one week. Cannot wait.Plan is the boys, moi and 3Dogs are going to London. I don't know how I can as will be broke but they reckon we can manage it?
Have been sorting out my paperwork it has been chucked in a drawer since Easter without even being looked at. Glad it is done.
Finally made an executive decision on my Jack Vettriano pictures, too blooming gorgeous to sell on fleabay. I might be poor but I draw the line at that. Am having a re-jig upstairs and hanging them up here.
No ironing done.....yet.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
I have just had a fab idea whilst posting on Lala's thread. Maybe I could sell some clothes on a carboot as a project for summer hols. I have Kew, Coast, Karen Millen, Per Una, Hobbs and Monsoon stuff that I haven't worn. Also I have some really nice dresses that I should be able to fleabay eg Galliano, Karen Millen.
I have given lots to charity in the past but I might make some money. Problem is its all size 6-8 whilst I am no longer lol. Aesop and Mrs Upsidedown Bear and anyone else that knows about this sort of thing what would you recommend fleabay or booting?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Hello :hello:
I'd have a look on fleabay to see what prices the clothes are actually selling for (not what people are hopefully listing them at) and then work out how much profit you could make. Is it worth the hassle of taking photos, writing the listing, packing them to send and so on?
From the car boots I've been to you don't seem to get very high prices for clothes (even good makes) but if they are good makes they are more likely to sell.
If you fancy doing a car boot then go for it. Do one and see how it goes. You could then do more or decide to fleabay the rest.

Knowing your friends, they will find a cheap way to get you to London
:money:
as for the clothes, don't you dare carboot good names like that!
there are sites that you can try selling them on for more than you will get at carboots. I will have to look for a few as I don't sell on their as don't have as nice clothing as you.0
