Sure is. £120 or £60 if paid within 14 days.

Troy, Troy, what a boy, butter wouldn't melt in his gob!

How can he possibly look himself in the mirror?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The hearing is on Tuesday 24th.

But it's unlikely we'll know the result on the day, the Judgment may not be handed down until some days or weeks afterwards.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

In fact we have expelled 6 companies from the BPA in the past year.

That'll likely be 6 of the companies who jumped ship to the IPC, eh Patrick? You expelled them after they had already joined the IPC, eh? ;)
