    Morning everyone.

Today is catch up day for me. Just a few bits off the list where I can. Plus each room gets a quick swish and swipe. Usually do this on a Sunday but I'm out tomorrow.

    Feed birds and cat.
    Put clean washing away.
Pick up washer for bathroom plug.
    Brush the cat.

  • Hi all. Been absent as I have been working absolutely silly hours. The extra money I earned has gone on half term activities, new school shoes and a few bits of clothing for my growing teenagers. However I have had a couple of days of work and really enjoyed the break.

Not going to try and catch up with whats going on, except to say I am sorry that LW is feeling down.

Oh and the house looks like a tornado has hit it. Got to go out this morning but I hope I am back in time to shovel some dog hairs off the carpet and try and find the kitchen worktops this afternoon.

Hugs everyone, have a good Saturday, hope the sun shines for you!

lamewolf Hugs for you, hope BD runs far away.

(Pigpen) hope you feel better soon too.

We had a good day in France, although the weather was dreadful. We gave up on wandering around the town, and headed for the large supermarket (which has other shops too) in the afternoon. Why is shopping so much more interesting abroad? I came home with magazines, books, wine, chocolate, cakes and biscuits. Not much chance of the diet starting anytime soon then.

DS2 heads back to uni later today - but he's been offered a stall at the Spring Knit and Stitch show (someone else cancelled) and he's decided to go for it, even though it's terribly short notice. I was going anyway, but may have an extra day working with him as well, so will see him soon!

House is not too horrendous, and will look better once DS2's taken his stuff. I'll have a whisk around later. It's mainly livingroom and main bedroom left to do.
