Biggest culprits - inconsiderate drivers?

I voted Audi drivers, as most annoying to me overall.

But they all have their place (possibly excluding Bus drivers, who I mostly find to be patient and courteous).

In fact, they have different annoyances. The BMW & Audi drivers are the nuisances in the outside lane of the motorway. 4x4s are the ones who cut you up and block the traffic because of their unwieldy size, and taxi drivers are just generally inattentive and unpredictable.

Everybody has their moments, I don't think it's right to label anybody for the car that they choose to drive - or have thrust upon them.

I own an Audi, a VW, a Mazda and Renault, so when I'm driving the Audi I'm an "!!!!!!" and when I'm driving the humble Renault I'm a saint?

I don't think so.

I'm probably the biggest idiot in the breathed-on mk1 MX5 to be honest.

I can't put people in a box for the car they drive... but there are a lot of bad/inconsiderate, mobile using, law breaking drivers out there. Grrrr!

In particular, I hate those who see you coming towards them, hesitate..and then still pull out of a junction. They will then continue to travel at -25mph. This causes me to brake...and those (if any) behind me to brake.

Could they not wait a few more seconds for a safe opportunity?

Also... I work in offices on an industrial estate. The junction to leave the estate leads on to a busy road. You can sit at the junction for anything up to 10 minutes trying to pull out between cars to get across to the opposite side of the road (to turn right).

Even when traffic is backed up on that road, cars continue to block the junction, making it impossible for anybody to get across the road, as the opposite lane is generally quiter.

When does common sense kick in?!?! :mad:

I feel a slight sense of retribution when I come along wanting to get past and I can see them panicking.

Yes!! Theres a clear yellow box to be kept clear outside my work, to allow cars to make a right turn. Every single day I shout to myself "don't you know what the f'in box is for" !! :eek:

Why can't these people abide by a simple rule!?

Never really had a problem with inconsiderate drivers, they are what they are.

On the other hand, I do have a big problem with drivers who use someone else's perceived (and probably unintentional) lack of consideration as an excuse to do anything aggressive, risky, or downright dangerous.

Because they're the ones I see coming round bends on the wrong side of the road towards me, or forcing me to brake because they're attempting an overtake towards me that just won't happen unless I give them the space.

Both of which I find pretty inconsiderate....
